During our initial appointment I will obtain a detailed nutrition and medical history, review any current supplements and medications and review any food intolerances and/or allergies. Based on your personal goals, I assess what is and isn't working with your current approach. From here, I help you set daily or weekly goals. Contact me to schedule an appointment. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to schedule time will be charged 100% of the session cost. There is no charge for any cancellations or rescheduled sessions 48 hours or more prior to the originally scheduled time.
